The University of Minnesota Extension is offering a free educational workshop, Negotiating a Fair Farmland Rental Rate Agreement, for farmland owners, farmers, and agricultural professionals.

Negotiating a rental agreement that works for both landowners and farmers can be challenging. This workshop will provide examples, fact sheets, and worksheets to help participants determine fair farmland rental rates.
